Returns and Exchanges Policy
A return within seven days is one of the services offered by the Zomorod Online Store under the Consumer Protection Law. The user may return the product within seven days of receipt of it if the following conditions are met.
How do you return items on Zomorod online store?
Returned products are subject to the following conditions:
In the event of a defect in a product or merchandise, customers can, for up to 48 hours, notify the Zomorod customer support team. Products cannot be returned or exchanged if the condition is not declared within the specified period.
Customers who receive products that do not match what they ordered should notify the Zomorod customer support team within 48 hours if there is a problem.
For up to seven days after receiving the order, customers can cancel their purchases and return the order or product. It is not possible to revoke a purchase after this point.
In the following cases, the purchase cannot be Returned:
- Returns are not accepted for used products
- When a product has been removed from its packaging and the seal removed, it cannot be returned.
- Due to health concerns, products that are not sealed and packaged (such as shampoo, lipstick, eyeliner, mascara) cannot be returned.
