1. How can I create an account on Zomorod Online?

  • Click on "Register/Login" and then fill in the field of your mobile phone 
  •  Wait for the confirmation code 
  • Enter the confirmation code in the critical area
  • Welcome to the Zomorod family!

2. How can I edit my profile and email?

  • Login to your account by entering the mobile phone number
  • Click on "Profile" 
  • On the "Personal Information" page
  • Click on "Email Address" 
  • and then save the changes. 

3. Can I change my address?

  •  Changing your address is easy once you log in to your account and select the Profile Detail.
  •  In the section shipping address, you can change your address. 

4. Is it possible to have a different billing address from the shipping address?

Yes, you can have different billing and shipping addresses.

5. How can I change or recover my password(s)?

  • In" My Account", click "Edit Profile." 
  • Please enter your password and change it. 
  • Then click Save Changes.

6. What are the conditions for using the discount code for the first purchase?

Zomorod's innovative system, after verifying the user's account, if it is a new Zomorod customer, makes it possible to use the discount code for the first purchase. 

7. How can I add or edit a delivery address?

  • In "My Account"
  •  Click "Edit Profile"
  • Edit the "delivery address" 
  • and Click Save Changes.

8. Is it possible to add other goods to the confirmed order and have them shipped at the same time?

No, You can add products to a new order, but not to a previous order.

9. How can I pay?

After selecting the products, you can pay with a Visa or MasterCard, or you can pay cash on delivery in Oman or Saudi Arabia.

10. Can I order items that are out of stock?

No, only products that are in stock can be registered.

11. Where can I get information about a delayed delivery of goods?

If the goods are not ready for dispatch by the date you choose, a text message will be sent to you on the same day. This will inform you of the delay in the delivery of the order.

12. Which countries can I ship to?

Currently, we ship within Oman, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, and Kuwait, but in the future, we will ship all over the world.
