Digital Media Sales Specialist

Purpose of Position

In order to manage our growing online presence and provide outstanding service to our customers, we are seeking an exceptional Bilingual Digital Media Sales Specialist to be part of our extraordinary team, and help take our online sales to the next level.

As a Digital Media Sales Specialsit, you will be responsible for selling Zomorods’ products to our customers across the GCC countries.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Work with prospects to develop, present, close and execute client solutions across the Zomorod digital portfolio.
  • Managing companies social media presence on Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp
  • Communicating with and providing customer support to online customer inquiries to ensure quality and timely execution of purchased products.
  • Aggressively prospect, develop, and close leads using a variety of sources.
  • Report, evaluate and manage customers’ digital campaigns to achieve their key marketing objectives.
  • Evaluate Zomorod’s digital product offering against customer's needs, budget and competitors' offerings.

Product Listing Specialist (Remote)

Purpose of Position

In order to scaling up our products SKUs, we are looking for a fill full time Product Listing Specialist to join and support our content team.

You as a candidate would be work remotely and will be tasked with creating accurate and engaging e-commerce content. If you have mad typing skills, enjoy the creativity of creating rock star listings and have a background in e-commerce, we would love to talk to you!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Update and maintain online product listings on our platform
  • Reviewing Product listing in Collections for proper placement, image quality, product title display, and Pricing
  • Execute strategies and processes for product content
  • Liaise with our SEO strategist to ensure content is optimized and addresses the needs of our customers
  • Identify opportunities within our expanding assortment to enrich content, improve conversion, and generate incremental sales
  • Assist with developing, documenting, and implementing policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Be a research ninja to determine the who, what, where and how of the product.

Product Photographer & Editor

Purpose of Position

In order to enhance the quality and integrity of our product photographs in our platform, we need a Product Photographer & Editor to handle the creation of all e-commerce web catalog photography for various products across the Zomorod platform. The candidate will work alongside the Content Factory Team to ensure consistent, high quality photography of our products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate product for photography
  • Shoot, edit and export product images
  • Organize and manage file storage of product images
  • Maintaining and updating the traffic system, daily
  • Communicate with content listing team on workflow status
  • Manage photo studio and photo equipment
  • Assist as needed on additional photoshoots
  • Highly organized
  • Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and valuing a sense of urgency
  • Strong knowledge of professional DSLR cameras and strobe lighting
  • Proficient in following software

Operations Manager

Purpose of Position

We are going to organize our Fulfilment Center, Logistics Department, and Customer Services Team in Zomorod. Accordingly, we are looking for an experienced Operations Manager with the brilliant E-commerce experience to join, create and lead our Operation’s processes to increase our serives to our customers.

As an Operations Manager, you’ll deliver inspiring, supportive leadership for the teams you manage. But at the same time, you don’t shy away from rolling up your sleeves and getting involved whenever necessary.

You’ll be directly responsible for managing a team of colleagues in Zomorod FC, Logistics, and CS. Meanwhile, you will report to the CEO of Zomorod E-commerce.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage and drive staffing plans, schedules, quality initiatives, process change initiatives, and other Change/ Six Sigma initiatives to enable Operations and ultimately the FC, Logistics, and CS to attain our Business Plan
  • Set requirements and expectations for Business Unit FC, Logistics, and CS and Team Members
  • Measure performance through metrics, providing feedback, and holding Managers accountable for their performance and the performance of their departments
  • Maintaining and updating the traffic system, daily
  • As needed partner with Members to establish corrective plans to insure that department meets objectives
  • Take proactive steps to ensure that best practices are shared across all teams and shifts
  • Be responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the department
  • Work closely with HR Manager and Financial Manager to build and secure support and resources for projects and initiatives
  • Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and procedures
  • Manage and promote the maintenance of the working environment including driving health and safety standards across your operational area

Front End Developer (Remote)

Purpose of Position

In order to develop our product interface design and also enhancing the shopping experience through our website, We are looking for an code lover and creative Front End Developer to join our team!

As a Front End Developer, you will be responsible for translating the UI/UX design protopypes to code that will be seen on our product, including our desktop and mobile version. You will work with the UI/UX designer continuously for finding a technical way to decreasing the gap between graphical design and technical implementation and taking care of functionality of the product as well as how it looks like.

  • Develop new user face features
  • Develop the Desktop and PWA Mobile application
  • Develop and maintain reusable, highly optimized, testable modules, and libraries for future use
